Read the Introduction
Prophet Hosea warned, if you reject knowledge, the people will be destroyed. Creative capitalism leads to the abandoning of knowledge and knowledge expertise and people will be destroyed. Some use their knowledge and knowledge expertise to add fuel to the burning fire. They create schemes to develop diseases to cause you to be sick and sicker and then they come as a savior to offer you salvation and prevention or a solution to your malady only to gain total control of your entire entity as human being. Men build to destroy what is being built, at your expense. We are living in the corrupt age, an evil age where iniquity abounds. The shortness of time seems to be urged as a motive to seek money. Moral pollution is teeming all around the vulnerable. We are surrounded by society, no more friendly to righteousness, but false doctrines. The atmosphere we breathe is tainted with lies, deception, and corruption. The corruption that prevails is beyond your comprehension.
Every day brings fresh revelations of strife, bribery and fraud. Every day brings its heart sickening record of violence and lawlessness. Public leaders become or show indifference to human suffering, of brutal, and fiendish destruction of human life.
Goods, services, positions, decisions, and almost everything is measured by the value of money. MONEY is the intrinsic motivation for personal and professional enrichment for those who are seeking public leadership positions. They use the power of public leadership to get the money. They enter the government with a myopic and distorted views about the government.
As the MONEY is his professional aim, he ends up defrauding his fellow citizens. He robs you when you are unaware of his crime, politically implemented, nurtured, spread by his staffs, and enforced by those he hires.
Edwin Sutherland, a sociologist, defined white-collar crime as “a crime committed by a person of respectability and high social status in the course of his occupation done by businesses and government professionals.” Psychologists describe them as people with an attractive personality.
Hansen defined white-collar crime is a crime committed for personal or organizational gain by individuals who are wealthy, highly educated, and socially connected, and are typically employed by and in legitimate organizations.” It is financially motivated and politically driven, but the result is devastating. When they use the name of the government entity, they violate all laws and disregard human rights.
It is money driven, greed, selfishness, and a desire for personal enrichment. Many are unaware of its existence and how sophisticated it has been with the use of modern technology, public policies, organizational structure, the law, and taking advantage of the organizational management and administrative dysfunctionality of the governments, the name of public entities, and even the change in the political landscape. It is brought in and nurtured by the elected officials and spread by the political appointees and political staffs, using different means.
It has become the main crime of the 21st century and is technology related. This occupational crime is prohibited under the Canadian Criminal Code Act, but the police units and the Crown lawyers are not well prepared for white-collar crimes. This crime is very subtle. It is at the border between civil and criminal that for the untrained, it is “not a fraud in nature.” White-collar criminals can turn violent and become dangerous. Brody and Kiehl warned that they can turn white-collar crime into red-collar crime.
James Austin stated that if you want to control all levels of governments, “chop the head first.” If you chop the federal government, the rest of the government will fall into your control. If you chop the RCMP first, you control all the police units.
When the leaders are corrupt, the subordinates are evils. Or if the leaders believe in lies, the subordinates are evils.
Many men and women do not have the traits and qualities for public leadership positions, but enter these positions through the political parties as “ready-made” leaders, claiming they are reformers who would bring efficiency to the government. They never go through the developmental process and transformational process. They have no foundation and without a past. They believe that their main duty is to argue until the other party cannot think anymore. They attack and accuse each other or square at each other like a bunch of children in the school yard. They show how cruel, unjust, and morally damaging they are.
Arguments are corrupt conversations. As they spend their hours arguing, by the end of the day, they are corrupt. Their mental and moral bank accounts are empty. They have nothing else good to give to the society, even a little hope or showing compassion. They are, said Rev. Beecher, idle men and women who just like to command and to control.
When there is no Question Period, the place looks like a ghost town. They spend public money on luxury meals and entertainments including alcohol drinks, and attending meetings with the stakeholders and political colleagues “for ideas.”
They feast in the morning. The Bible warns, “Woe to you, O land, when your princess feast in the morning.”
By the time they go back to the public office, their judgment has been perverted. Canadian politicians were once famous worldwide as the “booze hound.” The House of Commons was also full of beer and wine bottles.
King Salomon declares, “Wine is a mocker and beer a brawler; whoever is led astray by them is not wise.” They work daily with perverted judgment. They do things that are deviance from the public administration and make perverse decisions. They look at the citizens as customers and consider them as beasts of burden or as the tools and the stepping stones for their ambitions. They pursue wealth, power, self-indulgence, and pleasure as their highest goods, at your expenses.
They become treasonous. They cannot control the words they speak, their behaviors, and the things they do after drinking. They become greedy. Money becomes their master.
Canada’s White-Collar Crimes reveals the impact of the perverted judgment and greed of the those with the reputation as government professionals and businesses.
O’Neal stated that many enter the government as “ready-made” leaders through the political parties not to serve the citizens as a public leader should, but just to have access to public resources, to obtain government assistance, for personal enrichment, and to glorify their ego. As money becomes their driver for their political success, their attitude becomes “I see, I want, I take.”
Many come into the government through the “revolving door” as opportunists, who are egoistic and power hungry. Taking advantage of the fragmentation and the dysfunctionality of the bureaucratic organizations, its management, and the flaw of public policies post the reform, they withdraw public resources, using your identities. They are not only withdrawing the resources using your identities, with the help of banking personnel, but also using political means to take over the public office. They work collaboratively, collusively and systemically corrupt.
The privatization causes corruption and bribery runs rampant and pervasive. It has also caused the government to become very fragmented and dysfunctional. In the middle of the dysfunctionality and fragmentation, many emerged as opportunists. They use the opportunity to enrich themselves, at your expenses and they take over the government.
Over time, the government no longer exists, but myriads of private companies or contractors that disguise themselves as the government. They operate based on self-centered principles and theology of materialism and never use real names or without names. Money is their professional drive and aim. Their love for the money grows and the more money they obtain, the more injury they cause to the society. Money has blinded their eyes to the path more than the deceitfulness of the richest. They work daily juggling their mind how to get more money from you. The more they possess, the less is their willingness to share with you. However, the more they have, the poorer they feel. They camouflage their feeling of poor by becoming radical in chasing after their victims for the little CASH.
Globally, corrupt leaders and their subordinates are put into jail for corruptions. In Canada, they are free roaming around the country without punishment. The police investigate fraud, but in Canada, the fraudsters or the customer service investigates fraud. They investigate the victims, not the offenders, because they are the offenders. MONEY speaks louder and it is more valuable than the right principles.
Canada’s White-Collar Crimes teaches the readers how to identify fraud and warns them how to prevent themselves from being victimized by those who claim they are the government. As they use the name of the government, they become radical and violent. The readers can help themselves from becoming a victim of violent act of those with a reputation.
For years, this crime went undetected and uncharted by the law enforcement and even the court. The People’s Court is also corrupt. Money speaks.
In response to my query, a couple of RCMP detectives said to me, “We are anticipating retaliation! We are anticipating fraud against the federal government!”
The golden rule is “Do unto others what you want others do to you.” You are anticipating a retaliation because that is what you do.
Since 2007, private companies and contractors have been going around the world claiming they are the Government of Canada, using fraudulent papers. They even forge the signatures of the federal politicians with their positions as Ministers to fraud you.
Canada’s White-Collar Crimes educates the readers how to protect themselves from being the victims of those who claim they are the Government of Canada. They can prevent themselves from victims of violent act. It is through knowledge that one can defend himself, especially when the lawyers, the police officers, the accountants refuse to help, and the court also rejects to render justice due to political connection and reputation of the offenders.
A couple police officers said to me, “You can help yourself!” This book gives you the tools how to help yourselves. It also gives the tools to the law enforcement officers to analyze, investigate, and solve these crimes.
Blueprint 2020 is about removing the public servants from serving you while Destination 2020 is to have the private companies (CRA “Corporation,” Service Canada with its “phantom” company Employment and Social Development Canada) to take over the public service at your expenses. Cutting the budget allows them to duplicate public entities, which will lead them to take over the government, beginning 2020.
The creation of the middlemen between the government and the people, beginning with the elected officials, and the selling of licenses to individuals or organizations to be the customer service for the government turn the white-collar crimes to be a trend of the 21st century. It is a crime of financial homicide. Private companies have now issuing federal government checks to Canadians, foreigners, and foreign governments. It is deceitful, illegal and unconstitutional.
This book is based on real experience, over eleven years research, investigation, and analysis. It is a story about YOU. A story of political power abusiveness and oppression, betrayal and greed. It is a story of systemic political fraud and theft, political collusion and corruption, banking fraud and money laundering. It is a crime no one wants to solve and help the victims. The victims are the small guys, the elderly people, and the poor – people whom God says, “the government must take care and protect.” It is all about making MONEY. They violate all laws, use threats, force submission, and demand the victims to be responsible for their crimes. Yet, God looks into the affairs of every man and rewards him according to his works.
Canada’s White-Collar Crimes also reveals how a white-collar crime can become red-collar crime. It goes beyond a crime. It reveals how the government is being colonized by the rational actors and their counterparts who purchase a license to operate as a customer service and their job is to radically lie, deceive, manipulate and use the system to steal from everybody.
